KAPO yearbook 2022/2023

We're proud to share our role in preparing the Estonian Internal Security Service's (KAPO) 2023 Annual Review for publication. Since 2013, Refiner has been translating and editing the English version of this crucial document. The 2023 edition looks at various security topics, including defending constitutional order, investigation of Russia's crimes of aggression, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, protection of state secrets, prevention of international terrorism, sanctions violations, economic security and historical reflections.
