We’re excited to announce that Refiner has just finalised an agreement with the Estonian Cooperation Assembly to copyedit and translate the Estonian Human Development Report (EHDR) 2026. You can learn more about the upcoming report on the official EHDR 2026 page.
EHDR 2026 marks another step forward in our partnership with the Estonian Cooperation Assembly, a client who shares our commitment to clear and inclusive communication. Together, we’re ensuring that complex topics and challenging decisions hit home with policymakers and the wider public alike, sparking informed dialogue. We were honoured when our previous collaboration on 2020 EHDR, which we copy-edited, won the Estonian Clear Message Award. With that experience under our belt, we’re committed to delivering even more this time around.
Set for publication in early 2026, the next EHDR will examine the role of education in shaping Estonia’s future, with contributions from over 50 of Estonia’s leading academics and experts. Editor-in-chief Eneli Kindsiko, Associate Professor at the University of Tartu, lays out some of the tough questions at the heart of the upcoming report:
“Does today’s classroom meet society’s needs and prepare young people for its challenges[?] To respond to a changing society, we must lift some weight off education’s shoulders.
